Our Furniture, lighting and accessories are handmade, and therefore are subject to slight variations. Additionally, slight variation is expected in comparison to the images shown on website due to screen resolution of your monitor, mobile, lighting etc.
All our products are manufactured with natural wood and hence, may vary in colour tone and grain, which naturally differs from tree to tree.
Straw marquetry, feather marquetry and eggshell marquetry are crafts manually executed, thus, some minor imperfections are a natural part of the process and are to be anticipated. Straw may show variations in colour, tone, and texture.
Leather, Shagreen and parchment may show variations in colour, tone, and texture. Natural markings are an inevitable and beautiful characteristic of surfaces covered with these materials.
Our finishes are applied manually and may exhibit a certain degree of variability in terms of their colour, tone, and overall character. While every effort is made to match a finish, no guarantee can be made of a precise match.
We do not guarantee finishes against fading and oxidization. Variations in colour and veining are intrinsic to stone, metal, and wood and are considered to be important aspects of their natural aesthetic appeal. Similarly, the manual application of metal patination may result in variances in hue, shade, and saturation.
In instances where products are manufactured using customer-provided materials, including but not limited to upholstery fabrics and wall panel substrates, we disclaim any responsibility for the quality of said materials upon their arrival at our workshops. Moreover, we provide no guarantee of their durability or suitability for the ordered products.
